This is a small fan-made site, run by one fan (contact: support@liuyuning.org). No accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies.

Browsing

Your display settings (text size, theme) are saved only in your own browser. So is a Mofan Wall message you've started but not sent, so it isn't lost if the page closes: it never leaves your device until you press Send, and it's deleted once sent, or after a week. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which counts page visits without cookies.

Sending a sunflower

When you send a message on the Mofan Wall, we keep your country/region, city and message. We don't ask for your name or email. Every message is reviewed before it appears, and a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile, or where it can't load, a small puzzle your browser solves on its own) keeps bots out. We may also show your message translated into English or Chinese, with a button to see the original. Translations are made with AI (Anthropic's Claude) and checked before they appear.

Your message is kept until you ask us to remove it (messages we don't publish are deleted after 30 days). To stop one person sending too many messages, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address, never the address itself, and delete it after 30 days.

Messages are stored with Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check, and translated with Anthropic. Both are US companies, so your message may be processed outside the EU and UK. Album covers on the Music page load from Spotify, which sees your IP address like any site you visit.

If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian first, and don't include personal details in your message.

Wall rules

We may shorten a message before it appears, for example to take out names, account handles or other personal details. We may also reject messages that break these rules.

Your rights

We only keep your message because you agreed to it, and you can change your mind at any time. Email support@liuyuning.org with your city and roughly what your message said, and within a month we'll remove it, show you what we hold, or correct it, whichever you ask. Removed messages also clear from our backups within 30 days.

If something isn't right, please email us first and we'll fix it. Fans in the EU and UK also have the right to contact their country's data protection authority.
